We'll work with you to develop a personalized program that can help take your practice to the next level, making yoga your own. With a starting point established according to your goals, abilities, and needs, we'll introduce you to a customised sequence and other movements and exercises that you can implement as you build and grow from that starting point.

This program includes:

An initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, needs, level of fitness, relevant medical history, and previous experience.

A 30-minute one-on-one practice session to determine your level, abilities, and challenges.

A customised, hour-long practice, introducing you to a personalised sequence that will serve as your baseline, along with other movements and exercises you can implement as you build and grow from that starting point.

This program is offered via Zoom or Whatsapp (Smartphone/Computer) or when possible in person.

The cost of the self-practice program is $200.
